She is a central figure in the Buenos Aires literary scene, working as a cultural organiser and workshop curator. She has received several awards for her writing, most notably the Premio Clarín Novela for her second novel, Tender is the Flesh, which has been translated into over 20 languages. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHeather Darwent\u003c\/strong\u003e is a writer based just outside of Edinburgh. The Things We Do To Our Friends was released in 2023, and is her debut novel. It was a Sunday Times Bestseller.
